Tawseleh.net is exclusively an online peer-to-peer informational directory, matching notice board, and digital bulletin board designed to connect independent individuals seeking shared travel routes or private carpooling options.

Not a Transport Operator

Tawseleh is not a public transport company, commercial transport broker, freight forwarder, taxi dispatch service, or corporate employer of drivers. The platform does not provide transportation services, nor does it control or manage journeys arranged between users.

Zero Fee Structure

All matching, listing, and directory services provided by Tawseleh are entirely free of charge. The platform does not charge booking fees, commissions, subscriptions, or percentage cuts, nor does it process financial transactions or monetary exchanges between users.

Section 3: Voluntary Identity and Vehicle Verification

Voluntary Safety Submissions

To enhance community safety and prevent fraud on our free notice board, users may optionally upload identification documents, driver's licenses, vehicle registration records, and exterior photographs of vehicles including license plates.

No Official Endorsement

The collection of these documents serves solely to establish a voluntary community trust badge between private peers. Tawseleh's review of these records does not constitute an official background check, criminal record screening, or certified vehicle inspection.

No Commercial Licensing

Verification on Tawseleh does not constitute a state-approved transport permit or commercial operating license. The platform assumes zero liability for the authenticity or accuracy of any document uploaded by users.

Section 4: User Conduct and Prohibited Commercial Uses

Strictly Non-Commercial

Tawseleh is built exclusively for community peer sharing. Operating fixed commercial taxi lines, charging systematic commercial profits, or masking a commercial transport business behind the platform is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Content

Users are strictly forbidden from posting fraudulent travel details, impersonating others, uploading malicious software, or engaging in harassment, discrimination, or unlawful behavior during any journey.

Account Termination

Any violation of these rules will result in the immediate revocation of verified status, permanent account deletion, and potential reporting to relevant authorities if illegal commercial activity is detected.

Section 5: Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

User Responsibility

All arrangements, agreements, and journeys coordinated between users through Tawseleh are strictly private, voluntary, and conducted entirely at the users' own risk.

Platform Immunity

Tawseleh, its owners, operators, and affiliates disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, accidents, traffic violations, disputes, delays, physical injuries, or financial losses arising out of any interaction or journey between users.

Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tawseleh from any claims, legal penalties, or demands arising from their misuse of the platform or violation of applicable laws.

Section 6: Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any legal disputes arising from or related to the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Amman, Jordan.
