Safety

Tawseleh is not an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger, call 911 first.

Keep yourself safe: meet the driver in a public, well-lit place. After the booking is confirmed, check the driver’s name, car type, and plate number. Do not send an advance payment and do not share verification codes or bank details. Tell someone you trust about the trip, and report anything suspicious to Tawseleh support immediately.

Emergencies

Immediate danger or an accident: call 911 first. Tawseleh is not an emergency service and cannot replace police or medical responders.

How we handle reports

  • Safety report during an active ride: treated as priority.
  • Ordinary complaints: we aim to acknowledge within 24 hours.
  • Initial review: within 48 hours.
  • Ordinary resolution target: seven business days.
  • Complex police or court matters: we provide periodic status updates.
